Shore Services: 50amp. Sewer was good and water was @ 40 psi. Had good AT&T cell phone reception, but no cable TV. Sites and roads are heavy gravel. Did not use the restrooms or laundry. Directv satellite had a good signal. Park discounts for Passport America and Good Sams. Paid with a credit card. This is big park with a lot of gravel: some places the gravel was very deep. Sites are not laid out in a good manner. I was not sure how to go into my site. I almost ran over the sewer. This is not a terrible place but it is not a great place either. If I came here again with all the available parks I would go to the American RV Park across the freeway. For the price as a Passport America campground it would be ok for a night or two.

Shore Services: 50amp, sewer good, water 40 @ psi. WiFi: strong signal. AT&T cell phone: good signal. Sprint Air card: very good signal using Freedom antenna. Verizon Air card: very good signal using Freedom antenna. Cable TV was fair, many channels are snowy. Sites are solid, paved in gravel, may have some asphalt in it. Sites are long enough to park a tow vehicle in front with plenty of room around it. Sites are close with grass between. Awning does not touch neighbor but it's close. Roads are gravel with asphalt. The restrooms are nice and very clean. The laundry is large and open to the town's people. Washers are good and dryers use a quarter for 7 minutes. No long term tenants. Directv satellite had a good signal at end of site. Used Good Sams discount and paid with a credit card. No additional charges. This is a good park. Not great, but the site is level and long with a bit of grass between some. Better than the KOA down the road which is all dirt sites and roads but has grass between sites. Owner is nice, expected to be a grouch from previous reviews but this was not the case for me. Some shorter sites have concrete pad for the RV. Tow vehicles may not fit on the pad but fits in the sites. There is a great, small gravel dog run. One for large dogs and one for small dogs. This is a good park for the area. If you expect lots of grass: this entire area is dirt, sand and gravel. Hard to get grass to grow. I would stay here again if I come to this area again.

Shore Services: 50amp, Sewer good, Water 40 @ psi - Wi-Fi: Strong, but slow at some times. - AT&T Cell Phone: Good Signal - Sprint Air Card: Poor only 1R - Verizon Air Card: Poor indicates only VRGlobal - Cable: Poor So snowy that it is difficult to watch. Only clear channel is the the Campground and lodge advertisement. - Site: All sites are red dirt. That is understandable. It would have been nice to have some gravel to level the sites. Few are level. Our site has a large tree root where all the dirt has been washed out. The site in front has tree branches that barely missed an RV that pulled into the site. Site Size: Our site was long enough to park TV in front of 5th Wheel. Not all are as long. - Site Closeness: Sites are terrace to some extent but wide enough to put out awning. - Roads: Red Dirt - Restrooms: Locked did not use - Laundry: Locked did not use - Directv Satellite: Good at our site - Discounts: Good Sams or AAA - Payment: Credit Card - Additional Remarks: This could be a great park. It is open all year. The price is to high for the quality of the park. It is the only park in this area so they have no incentive to improve. They messed up our reservations buy miss spelling my name and insulted me when I insisted that I had made a reservation. If there were another park in this area I would not have stayed here. I would never stay here again.

Shore Services: 50amp, sewer good and water@ 45 psi. No Wi-Fi, however the AT&T cell phone had a good signal. The Sprint air card had poor signal, the Verizon air card had a good signal but roaming. Cable TV was good. The roads are asphalt and the site was gravel, level, wide and very long. I could park my truck either behind or in front of the trailer. Site was wide enough to put out the awings. Clean, very good restrooms and laundry: $1.25 for both wash and dry. Quite a few monthly tenants on back row. Neat and clean: no problems, almost don't know they are there. Directv satellite reception was good from front of site. They grant Good Sams discounts, paid with a credit card. They charge more for 50amp. If you have a 50amp RV you can not use their 30amp sites. They don't allow the use of 30 to 50amp adapters. I would stay here again.

Shore Services: 30amp only. Sewer had a problem draining. It is city sewer so it can be corrected. The water pressure was good. No Wi-Fi at the park. - AT&T cell phone: Good. Verizon Air card: Good. No cable TV. Sites are gravel and level: wide enough but not long enough to park a tow vehicle on site. Sites are fairly close but acceptable. There's an asphalt road around the park. Did not use the restrooms or laundry. No long term tenants. Had good Directv satellite reception. No discounts and no additional charges: paid with a credit card. This is an older park. It is good enough for a couple of nights. It was warm enough I would have liked 50amp to use the second AC. The sewer at my site had a bit of a problem draining. It did drain but it was slow. The owner said he would get it fixed. It was interesting to see his train collection. It was out side and getting old but interesting to see. I would stay here again if I were passing through.

Shore Services: 50amp, Sewer good, Water 40@ psi - Wi-Fi: Strong but with some limits by provider - AT&T Cell Phone: good signal - Sprint Air Card: good using DoRA - Cable: none - Site: Gravel Not level front to back. Needed extra blocks for rear jacks - Site Size: barely long enough to park TV - Site Closeness: You can put out awning but would be close to next RV - Roads: Gravel - Restrooms: Clean - Long term tenants: None - Directv Satellite: available in my site but watch out for some trees. Back in sites on the southwest side are wide and easy to get Sat. - Discounts: None - Payment: Credit Card - Additional Remarks: This is a good park. I would stay here again.

Shore Services: 50amp; Sewer-good; Water-40 @ psi. Wi-Fi: very good. AT&T Cell Phone: good signal. Sprint Air Card: good -80 with freedom antenna. Verizon Air Card: good -79 with freedom antenna. Cable: none. Site: gravel, wide enough and very level all around. Site Size: long enough to park tow vehicle in front of trailer barely. Site Closeness: plenty of room with nice grass between sites. Roads: gravel easy to travel. Restrooms: nice and clean. Laundry: small, 2 washers & 2 dryers, $1.25 each. Long term tenants: a few but very nicely taken care of. Directv Satellite: good signal nothing in the way. Discounts: Good Sam. Payment: credit card - Additional Remarks: This is a nice park well taken care of. The people that own the park have owned it for only a year. They are from Texas and are very nice. There is a large open area in the middle of the campground with a large fire pit for anyone or everyone to use. It is quiet here away from I-15 and no trains. The pool is not being used any longer, and they plan to change it into a dog walk. I would definitely stay here again.

Shore Services: 50amp, Sewer good, Water @ 40 psi - Wi-Fi: good - AT&T Cell Phone: Poor Roaming - Sprint Air Card: Strong signal -70 with Freedom Antenna - Cable: None - Site: A36 - Site Size: Long enough to park TV - Site Closeness: Plenty of room between sites - Roads: Packed gravel - Restrooms: Clean - Laundry: Clean 2 stackable washer & dryers $2 for each - Long term tenants: None - Directv Satellite: Good Signal - Discounts: Good Sam, Escapees - Payment: Credit Card - Additional Remarks: Sites are on the side of a hill. Packed Gravel and level enough to not be a problem, side to side and great front to back. Partial grass between sites and new trees. Great view of the surrounding area. This campground is only 7 years old and the best place to stay if you're going to view Custer's Battlefield. You have to exit off I-90 on 514 then go south about 3 miles go under the highway to the campground. Main road to the campground is gravel. A little rough but no problem. If I am in this area again I would have no problem staying here again.

Shore Services: 50amp, Sewer good, Water 50@ psi - AT&T Cell Phone: Good - Sprint Air Card: Good with Freedom Antenna - Verizon Air Card: Good with Freedom Antenna - Cable: Good - Site: Blacktop and close to level. - Site Size: long enough to park trailer but could only park out tow vehicle sideways in back of the trailer due to the location of the services. - Site Closeness: Enough room for Awnings and has grass between sites, however these sites are pretty close. - Roads: Asphalt - Long term tenants: Numerous long term tenents. Some of them are very cluttered. Could not believe that they allowed the site to be so bad. - Directv Satellite: Good - Discounts: KOA discount - Payment: Credit Card - Additional Charges: None - Additional Remarks: This is a decent park. The paved road and sites with good grass between them helps. The length of our site was short and the shore services were in the middle but the sewer was so far back that we did not use it. The office personal were nice and helpful. It is close to downtown and if you want to go to the Latter Day Saints genealogy this is a good place to stay. This is an above average KOA. We would stay here again if we come to Salt Lake City.

Shore Services: 50amp, Sewer good, Water 50@ psi - WiFi: Excellent Good Speed - AT&T Cell Phone: Good - Sprint Air Card: Poor - Verizon Air Card: Poor - Cable: Good - Site: A10 Gravel Reasonable Level Side to side and front to back. - Site Size: Long enough for TV to be parked on site. - Site Closeness: Great. Plenty of room to put out awning, and walk around. - Roads: Gravel - Restrooms: Clean - Laundry: Clean - Directv Satellite: Good - Discounts: Good Sams - Payment: Credit card - Additional Charges: None - Additional Remarks: This is a great park. lots of grass between sites. If I return to this area I will be staying here. I would give this park a better rating if the sites were concrete and fully level. There is a lot of beautiful flowers all over the park. You have to stay here if your in the area.

Shore Services: 50amp, Sewer good, Water 50@ psi - Wi-Fi: Good - AT&T Cell Phone: Good Signal - Sprint Air Card: Good Signal - Cable: None - Site: Gravel and narrow. Minor bit of leveling but no problem. - Site Size: Enough room to park TV in site. - Site Closeness: Lot of room between sites and covered with thick grass. - Roads: Gravel some roughness but not a problem. - Restrooms: Very nice and clean. Walls are made of very nice looking wood. - Laundry: Good. Has 4 washers and a lot of dryers. One washer was not working. - Long term tenants: None - Directv Satellite: Good signal in open sites. Might be a problem if in the tree area sites. - Discounts: KOA card only - Payment: Credit Card - Additional Remarks: This is a very nice park. It has an area for larger RV with lots of grass and other sites that area within trees. There are trees in this area and needed to be trimmed. Power went off once at 3:30 am until 7:30. Don't know the problem. They have a large area to walk your dog. It would have been nice if part of that area was fenced to provide a open run for the dogs. We stayed here a week and highly recommend this park over a lot of others in the area. I am not a big KOA fan but this one is a really nice park. If you stay any where else you will be disappointed. I would give this a better rating if the sites were concrete, trees were trimmed and the roads within were a bit wider.

Shore Services: 50amp, Sewer-good, Water-40@ psi. Wi-Fi: Good; Wi-Fi Upload speed is faster than download. AT&T Cell Phone: Good. Sprint Air Card: Good Signal. Verizon Air Card: Good Signal. Cable: Good. Site: Gravel with good width; good grass between sites; Very close to level all around. Site Size: Good length but had to park tow vehicle at angle in site. Site Closeness: Good distance between sites. Roads: Gravel. Restrooms: Very Clean. Directv Satellite: Good signal. Discounts: Good Sam. Payment: Credit Card. Additional Charges: None. Additional Remarks: This is a nice park. Well kept. The owners live above the office and are very nice. I don't rate a campground a 10 unless they have at least level concrete sites and grass all around. But this is a great campground especially for a KOA. They have a $.50 ice cream at 8pm and a free movie outside if the weather is nice. If I am in the area I will stay here.

This is a nice park with a great diversity of sites: trees and open spaces. We stayed in a nice long, pull-through site #22 in the open area to insure a strong DirecTV satellite signal. Good interior road gravel and plenty of grass and space between sites. Enjoyed 50amp service with good water and sewer hook-ups. Also had Wi-Fi but no cable TV. The Verizon air-card worked, however the AT&T cel phone, and Sprint air-card had poor or no service. Restrooms were clean. We had good service and the price reflects a Good Sam discount.

Other sites very poor. - Site Size: Wide enough but a little short to pull in and out with the TV - Site Closeness: Grass between sites. Can put out awning with no problem. - Roads: gravel and rutty - Restrooms: in motel - Laundry: in motel $1 to use each washer and dryer. - Long term tenants: a lot of pipeline construction people using sites - Directv Satellite: Good - Discounts: None - Payment: Credit card, cash or Check - Additional Remarks: There are very few choices of RV parks in the area. This one is built on the side of a hill. I would check the site being assigned before you pay. Site #16 is good. If I could pick the site I would stay here again.

Shore Services: 50amp, Sewer good, Water good - Wi-Fi: none - AT&T Cell Phone: No Signal - Sprint Air Card: poor - Verizon Air Card: Good - Cable: no - Site Size: plenty of length on the west sites - Site Closeness: lot of room between sites - Roads: Gravel - Restrooms: Old but clean -Directv Satellite: clear if out near the road - Discounts: none - Payment: Credit Card - Additional Charges: none other than tax - Additional Remarks: This is a nice park. We stayed on the west side which had plenty of room and 50amp service. All services are to the rear of the site. I believe all the sites are back in but there is plenty of room. We tried to go to West Whitlock which is nice but has only Electricity at the sites, no water except at the entrance to the campground. There is a restaurant across the street. Food is good but expensive for what they serve. I would stay here again.

Shore Services: 50 & 30 amp, Sewer good, Water pressure good - AT&T Cell Phone: Strong signal - Sprint Air Card: Strong signal with Freedom Antenna - Cable: Good - Outdoor antenna reception: good with HD - Site: asphalt with grass between sites long enough to park truck and trailer on site - Site Size: Sites on the south side are the ones that have grass and asphalt. On the north side the sites are asphalt are shorter and have gravel separation rather than grass - Site Closeness: Sites on the south are further apart while those on the north are closer but both have plenty of room to put out awnings. - Roads: roads inside park are good asphalt. A bit rough outside park - Restrooms: Locked with a card key. Never used - Laundry: Locked with a card key. Never used, $2 for each machine. - DirecTV Satellite: Good at my site - Discounts: Good Sam's only - Payment: Credit card, cash or check - Additional Remarks: Park is fully fenced with 6 ft chain link. Sites are not quite level, had to use the Lego blocks 2 high to level. Security guards drive around 24 hrs a day. You can call the security and they will give you a ride to and from the Casino or Metro to the Arch. There is a train that goes north and south on the east side close to the park. There is a Pilot and Flying J a few miles east of the Casino for Diesel. I would stay here again.

Shore Services: 50amp, Sewer good, Water @ 45+ psi - AT&T Cell Phone: Good signal - Sprint Air Card: Strong signal. I use a freedom antenna to assist air card - Cable: Excellent over 100 channels and XM music. Better than most. - Site: 80 - Site Size: about 60ft. Long enough for my 38ft 5th wheel but not the Tow Vehicle - Site Closeness: Close. They park the units so they use the separate shore power at the same location. - Roads: Gravel packed partly rough. - Restrooms: Locked. Need to check out a key. - Laundry: Good small but works well - Long term tenants: Didn't see any DirecTV Satellite: Good signal - Payment: Credit card - Additional Remarks: The way they park you, door side to door side, makes it close when opening out the awnings. They have sites on the far end that are about double width than most of the sites. They cost a little more but would be worth it. There is a train that goes by and will be loud if you don't have white noise. - When we stayed here it had rained a lot and the lake was up almost to the first row of sites. Close to Branson Landing shopping area. Not a bad place to camp. Would stay here again but I would look for the larger sites at the end.

Shore Services: 50amp, Sewer good, Water @ 45psi -- AT&T Cell Phone: Strong -- Sprint Air Card: weak signal. Improved with Freedom Antenna. Site: B11 Good Asphalt & Level -- Site Size: 70ft long -- Site Closeness: lots of room -- Roads: Asphalt -- Directv Satellite: Good signal on lake sites -- Discounts: Golden Passport -- Payment: Credit Card -- As previously noted avoid the Steep Railroad crossing on Clear Springs Road. I would have drug the bottom of the trailer if I had not previously installed larger axles which raised the trailer about 3 inches. To get to the park from Hwy 67 go to FM 2148, east of park and enter on Sorsby Lane about 3 miles south. From Hwy 59 go north on FM2148 to Sorsby Lane. The phone number shown is for the COE Reservations. You need the park number 903-838-8636 to speak to the park host. It had been raining a lot before we arrived and the A sites were under water. This also caused Sorsby Lane to be flooded, so we had to use Trexler Rd, a narrow road which follows the railroad tracks to FM 1218 and then to FM 2148. This is a rough road but passable. This is a beautiful park. I will stay here again.

No campfires Pet restrictions: No Rottweilers, Dobermans or Pitt Bull The owner of this park strongly expresses no use of Electric Heaters, Rules on handout and through out the Laundry and restrooms. There was an ant mound at our site but the owner has done a good job of getting rid of them. We did not have an ant problem. I would have given this park a better score if the Cable was clear and the sites were a bit further apart. We would stay here again except during a time that heating would be needed.

We stayed in the Horse area. Site was a little small, gravel, had to level a little from side to side. Power and water are at the back of the site, sewer is in the middle but almost buried. This is an older park but a decent place to stay. Some of the sites are small in other areas of the camp. This is a great place for people who have horses. We stayed here a week using Camp Club USA. They also accepts Passport America. We would stay here again. (866)932-2674 and (877)335-5596

This is a nice campground. The sites are gravel, pretty level with lots of room between sites which is covered with grass. 50amp, water, electric, Cable TV and Wi-Fi were all good. Once I was at the site I liked it better. AT&T cell phone does not work here. We would stay here again. My biggest complaint is that some of the tree branches were too low as we came into the park and as we went to and from our camp area. We stayed in U111. 800-258-9532

This is a nice campground, Camp Club USA and Passport America. We stayed here 4 week days. 50amp, water, sewer, cable tv and Wi-Fi are good. At first I was not sure if I would like this campground or the site I stayed in. The site was #1. The cable is jury rigged at this site and the ones next to it. Many of the sites were shared back to back but each having it's own services. Most sites are very long. I had to use blocks to level side to side but had to drop the front almost to the ground to level. This makes it difficult to raise the front when getting ready to leave. I came to really like site 1. It has a small fence around the door side and gave us a separate area to sit and our dog to lay. I would come here again. 800-892-2714

This campground has a lot of seasonal sites. We stayed in the Nashville area in the front close to the office on huge concrete site that was 30x60. Water, electric and sewer was good. Wi-Fi was strong for access but did not connect to the internet. We have a sprint Aircard and used it instead. This campground caters more to people that want to attend concerts such as Billy Ray Cyrus or Keith Anderson who performed the weekend before we arrived and Charlie Daniels was scheduled to perform the following weekend. If you stay on a weekday, can get in the Nashville sites and have Camp Club USA it isn't a bad place to stay. We would only stay here for a couple of days when passing through. If you stay here say Hi to Joe P who lives there and loves dogs more than people.

Caution for those that have large rigs. We have a 38ft Fifth wheel, add our full size TV and we are about 54ft long. When you enter this park there is no turn around without going all the way into the park. There are two large trees that you have to go between and they are close. We stayed in the only pull thru site #71 at the far end of the park. Pulling out we came real close to trees and large rocks. If you are not really sure how to maneuver your trailer or MH don't go into this park. Now, this is a nice park. We liked staying here. The 30 amp electric, water and sewer was good. Cable was great. Can't get satellite because of the trees. We were here on a weekdays and it was nice and quiet. Our Sprint Air card worked at 1x, which was enough to read email, IM and other minor web activities, using a Wilson Trucker antenna. They have Wi-Fi in the office but not out through the campground. Lightning damaged part of their equipment and they are working to add more Wi-Fi access points in the future. Barbara and Craig are new owners and are very nice. The park looks nice, they have a lot of seasonal sites and they are requiring them to keep them neat and clean. This is a Passport America and Camper Club USA park which helps on weekday stays. If I had a smaller rig I would stay here again. Call before you make plans to stay there especially if you have a large rig. This is a great place for Tent Campers, Popups and such.

This campground is new. The owners are nice and are working to make a good place to stay. The roads and sites are gravel. The sites are far enough that you have room between your awning and the site next to you. Grass is between each site. The shore power is good, Water is about 50 lbs and sewer is good. The Cable is good, a little fuzzy on some stations but viewable. Site was level enough that I did not have to level side to side, front to back was a little off but not a problem. There are no trees for shade around the existing sites. The restrooms are clean. I would be sure to use shower shoes if taking a shower. The laundry has 2 washers and 2 dryers. $1.75 for washers $1.25 for dryers. Both are new and were working good. The restroom and laundry are in the same building which is set quite a distance from where the sites are located. Will be more central later when they add more sites to the north which has some nice trees. There are some extended stay clients, but the sites are clean and not cluttered. I would stay here again when passing through.

This is a great campground. Could not get a strong sprint signal for my Aircard. The campground Wi-Fi was great. Cost is $1 per day and is worth it. Electric, water and sewer were good. Sites are grass/gravel but good condition. We stayed here for over a week so we could collect our mail and meds before going into Canada. Owners are great. They live on the campground in a Motorhome. We will definitely stay here anytime we are in the area.

We stayed here in a 38ft Fifth Wheel. Our site was wide enough for our 3 slides and long enough to park the truck in the same site. Cable is only in 30am sites. Over the air TV has only 2 good channels 3 & 5. Electric does not have a breaker at the site. You have to plug into a hot circuit. Water pressure is good. Wi-Fi did not work for the first two days. Wi-Fi worked but was slow sometimes due to many people using the service. Drives are dirt with gravel. Sites are built to handle two small RVs or one large. Picnic table was so old I did not want to use it. Site had large groves in the ground from previous users. I would stay at this campground again but it could be improved by leveling the sites better, provide cable in all sites and a better Wi-Fi.

This is a nice campground. The sites are very wide and room to pull the tow vehicle on the site. The sites are grass, level and terraced at many. We use a 30am site, water was good. Sewer was in a bad place. It was almost under the trailer when we first pulled into the site. Wi-Fi access points were plentiful, and accessible. Only problem many of them would not connect to the internet. We had to go to the laundry to get on the internet. I ended up going to a laundry a couple of miles away and got on the internet through a motel close by. Roads are single lane and cause a problem when someone else is going the other way. Both of us have to drive partway off the road. There are nice trees around many of the campsites. Only problem is they are so close it is difficult to pull into the site. We stayed here a week and would stay again.

This is not a place for a large RV. We stayed here in a 38ft fifth wheel. They have a number of seasonal sites which are neat and clean. The pull thru we used was barely big enough for us to pull into. The site was very slanted front to back. No 50amp service but we only need 30amp because it was cool. Water was hard to connect to and pressure was about 30-40 pounds but went down to zero at least once. Electric pole did not have a breaker and we had to tie our plug into the outlet. The outlet was in good condition but had an edge that would not allow our plug to fit in securely enough. Sewer was good. This is a nice place for smaller trailers, RV's or tent campers. Down below where we stayed they had a lot of pop-up, small travel trailers and tent campers. This area is nice. They have bumper boats and little race car track for kids. I liked the area. I had a trailer problem and the owners went out of their way to get me help in fixing the trailer. They even told me to stay as long as I needed to get the repair done and not to worry about the cost for the site.. I would stay here if I had a small trailer or were tent camping. Beautiful area on the Cabot Trail. WiFi is 16km north at Margaree Forks library or 14km south at a public access near a car dealership.

This is a nice park. Roads are asphalt paved, grass between sites, plenty of space between sites, Shore power services good. WiFi weak at our site. About 12 miles from Niagara Falls. This is not in the City of Niagara. It is in North Tonawanda. Easy to get to. Motel does not bother campsites. I would stay here again. Better than most in the area, but expensive for us.

This campground is actually in the city of Milford, NY. Do not follow your GPS to get to this campground. Follow HWY 28 to Seminary Road. Do not take Burke Hill. Their Directions state this but GPS will show Burke Hill which is a real bad road. This is a nice campground. A lot larger than it looks. It has some very wooded sites that are great but you won't Sat there. We got Directv in site C14 35 226. Showers and restrooms are distant but clean. Trash bin is at front. Sites are not quite level. Took two lego blocks to level. Good room between sites some grass but a nice open areas for walking dogs. Great swim pool. Has many nice cabins. A little expensive for us. Wal-Mart is 11 miles away but P&N grocery about 5 miles. Only negative is that the shore power is close to the front of the sites. Had to park TV in rear once disconnected. We would stay here again.

We stayed here for a month to get our trailer repaired, and stay for the 4th holidays. The Sites are level, services are good. The water is well water and has a lot of iron in it. Will stain things use with the water and has a smell in the mornings. This is a great place to stay. WiFi is weak but we full time and use a Sprint air card which has a good signal. Directv is good and so is local tv. We will stay here anytime we come to Elkhart.

This is a beautiful park. If you have never been here you need to stay at least once. Most sites are 30 amp. 50 amp sites are marked with a blue sticker. Very few places can you get sat due to the trees. Cable is usable, but some are very fuzzy. Glad we had that. Air TV with the Batwing is not very good. Toilets and bath houses were very clean. Lots of squirrels. WiFi was very good outside the office but not accessable at campsites. Sprint Air Card was usable but not for large upload or downloads. I plan to come back here again when in the area.

This is a decent RV Park. It now has all concrete pads. Most are big enough for a big rig. We have a 38ft 5th wheel. Pads are fairly level except the ones away from the river. We had to make a large adjustment to level our trailer. We moved to a different site and had little problem leveling. Water pressure is around 25-30, with high chlorine content. Water filters cleared that up. Electric was good. Some indicated that they had a very low voltage at their site, but I had no problem. Cable is great with about 100 channels. We could only get Satellite on the river sites. RV Office is about 100 yards from the camp sites and part of an RV repair garage. Entering the park is a bit unusual. From I-240 Exit 1C you have to go down to the Office/RV Garage and make a U turn using a paved road to get into the park. This is a Passport America park; $26 full price, $13 Passport America for 1st day $16 for more. Tony, park owner, is not very cordial but easy to talk to if you take the time to get to know him. The park is close to Biltmore Estate and Blue Ridge Parkway. We stayed here a week, and I would stay here again.

As previous post indicate this is a nice campground. WiFi is provided by Tengointernet and is not free. No Cable TV. Local TV is not clear with Batwing Antenna. We were in Site PP6 and could get DirecTV by setting Sat at end of site near road. There are some sites that you can not get sat signal due to trees. Zip is 29455, 45 220. Some sites are larger and some have grass area. I did not need to level the trailer. They will receive mail at their office. A new Wal-mart is close. They give you the locations of a post office, Lowes, Home Depot and other places. We would stay here again.

This is a different park than shown. They have moved the park north on Hwy 49 to 1616 US-49. They are doing a lot of remodeling and construction in the front area. When we first drove in we almost turned around and left. After they took us back to where we were to stay the area has wide campsites among trees. This is a nice park and will be better in the future. I would have no problem staying here again.

This is a great park. Very new. Wi-Fi is not free, but later this year they plan to provide free service. As mentioned earlier you need to watch the turn off the Raford Road onto Geneva Drive. There are a few tree branches that need to be aware of but are avoidable on the city street leading up to the campground turn off. We were at a rally and paid rally prices. I would stay here again.

This is the worst campground I have ever stayed in. The 50amp electric is on the wrong side, no breaker at site. Water pressure is 30lbs, sites are asphalt, mostly worn away and groved. At my site I did not have to level my trailer. Park is full of contract people. The man that showed me to my site had a very bad attitude. If I had not already paid for the site, and were not traveling with friends, I would have gone to another campground.

I have read the reviews of this campground. This is Arizona. There is little grass and lots of dirt and sand. This park is like being in the mountain area. Lots of pine trees, roads are dirt and rain washed. Sites are not very level. You have to drive through carefully because of the trees. Tried to get a local tv station. Could only get one and it was fuzzy. Our biggest problem was the 7,600 ft. altitude. We were not use to the thin air and had to leave after the first night. We were going to stay for 3 nights but they gave us back our fee for the other 2 nights. This is not a Resort. It is more like being in the sticks and not for everyone. The people are great.

We stayed here 4 days. This is a nice park. The roads are paved and wide. The sites are pea gravel and arevery clean. Water pressure is a little low if you want to take a shower. Electric runs a little low, when using the A/C, but we had no problem. The laundry is great, the restrooms and showers are great. For those who have horses, they have a seperate area to house your horses. There are workampers who are very nice. There is a Petro truck stop between the campground and I-40. No big problem with truck or highway noise. WiFi works and is fast, however I kept being dropped out. Had to keep reconnecting while using it. I ended up using my Sprint Air Card at 1x to read and send email. I use Outlook and their server will not pass my email. Overall this is a great campground and the only compalint is the WiFi not being stable. They give a discount of 10% for Goodsams and 15% for Escapees. We would definately stay here for a day or a week or more if we were passing this way.

I have read all the following reviews in both review areas. What was stated is correct. However the experience we had was extremely bad. We arrived here to stay a week. After three days the Santa Anna winds blew dirt and flys over the campground. We came back from visiting family and had decided to move because of the violent winds. The inside of our trailer was literally covered with flys.. The park does not have cable TV so we used our Directv. The winds blew our antenna across the road several times even when weighted down with bricks. I had to tie it to the trailer. If it had not been for the violent winds and flys we would have stayed the entire week. The personnel here are very nice and friendly. They offered us a rain check on the days we did not use. They would not reimburse us for the days we did not use. We have moved to another campground and still have a few flys in our trailer. This really is a nice park but because of the winds and the flys we will never stay at this park again.

This is a normal KOA campground. We were passing through during the Balloon Festival and were lucky to get a site. The site we were given for our 30' Fifth Wheel was barely large enough for the trailer. We blocked the roadway when we pulled in and were unhooking. Had to park the truck behind the trailer and partially blocked the RV next to us. The personnel working at the park were very nice, helpful and accommodating. They had a real tough job at this time of the year. I will avoid Albuquerque during the balloon festival next time. I would stay here any other time.

This is a large park. Some of the sites are laid out in an unusual manner. The site we stayed in were side by side using the same water post (two faucets on the same location), cable on a splitter from one source. Electric in the same box. I asked for a 30amp but was given the 50amp of the box that the person next to me was using. WiFi cost unless you go into the office. Large gift shop. People working here are nice and are work campers. I am a member also. They were not very familiar with some of the local facilities. It rained heavily the night we stayed. Had to level the trailer over 2”. The area is a tourist trap and they get a lot of business. If you stay here go over to the Flying J and have a good Chicken Fried Steak. I would stay here again if I came through.

I read the previous reviews. The person that could not find the campground had to have a problem. It is on US 277 or 5th Street. I had no problem finding it. There are even signs pointing to CAMPGROUND. Chris and Stu work the desk. Chris is a nice lady, very easy to get along with. Stu is what I would call an old farmer. He has the old worn face and the attitude that a lot of people might not like. If you had to answer some of the dumb questions he is asked, he would hand you your SIGN.. The restrooms are the cleanest I have ever seen in any campground. The campsites are a bit unorthodox. We got there late, after 6pm with no reservation and they put us in a site and said come see us in the morning. They have sites for persons that stay a week or more and sites for those that were in and out. They also will accept mail for those that stay a week or more. We are Fulltime and that is a good bonus for us. We have a large dog and you should see their dog area. It is unique and pretty large. I wish they had a fence around the dog area and a trash can to dispose of the droppings so you did not have to walk to the dumpster. If we get back to Wichita Falls we will stay a week with Chris and Stu.

This is a nice park. Restrooms & showers are clean. The park is pretty new as is with most of Yucca Valley. At this time they do not have sewer. They had sewer but the California environment or something came through all of the area parks and shut down the sewer dumps. No WiFi, cable TV is great, electric is good, water is city water. We used distilled water because we did not like the taste of the water. When I called they told me they have a small site and a overflow site. The small site is beside the office and only big enough for a van size rig. The overflow site is outside the park in the back. We were surprised when we saw the location. It is more like in an alley. We just wanted to stay one night so we stayed in the overflow site. There is another campground but the overflow site is 10 times better than any place in the Motel RV park near by. We had no trouble staying here because we were visiting friends. I think a few of the people staying here are long term. This is in the area of the Joshua Tree National Park which is interesting to drive through.

This is a very nice park. It is well maintained, the showers and restroom is very clean. The sites are very long. Could park my 5th wheel and pickup on site and not extend onto the roadway. Sites are gravel but level and I did not need to make any adjustments. Lots of grass area around each site with picnic table. Bill and Sarah are very nice and helpful. This campground is exactly like the pictures shown on the website. If you like to fish, the White River is the place. The water level is dependent on how many generator spillways are open so the depth of the river can vary drastically. No problem with pets and there is a number of nice large grassy areas to exercise your furry kids. River sites are not right on the edge of the river but close enough for a short stroll. Wouldn’t want the sites to close to the river with the present rains we have been having this year. There are a few draw backs. No Cable TV and the local channels are as non existent so you need your Satellite if you wish to watch TV. WiFi is weak on the outer sites. Bill has been working to improve the signal. My Sprint worked great on 1x, so the WiFi was not a problem. For me the sewer was placed to far back to use, unless you have a long sewer hose or your sewer connection is at the back of your RV. If you sleep lightly you might be disturbed by the frogs. I enjoyed them but did not know what it was at first. If you like to fish this is a great place to spend some time. The whole area around Cotter is high on fishing. It is also very pretty in the mornings with a dense fog rolling through the park. Temperature got up to about 91 during the day. Electric was solid 120V and water pressure was about 41psi. I liked this campground and would go back again sometime.

This campground is old and appears to have been a KOA. It has a number of long time residents and they have the sites that are along the sides in the trees and shade. All sites are gravel, not level but close enough. Pool is nice, laundry is nice, restrooms are nice. Trash pickup along each site every morning. Employees were nice. We stayed here over the Memorial Day Weekend. The shore power is modified to handle 50 amp units but were configured so I could not use my surge suppressor for the 30 amp connection. Water faucets are close to the ground so I had to rework how I use my regulator and water filter. There are two faucets for each site, never saw another CG that was made this way. Sewer was good, no problems. This is not a pretty campground but is was doable. We looked around at other campgrounds in the area, Hoover Stadium and Oak Mountain SP and were glad we stayed here. Picnic tables were very old and warped. This could be a nice campground if they made a number of minor improvements. Have a nice pavilion by the main office. Kids in the area liked the pool.

This is a great park. They take the Golden Passport. Sites are concrete. Lots of room around the sites. Very quite. Host are very nice, talked to Bobbie. Water is good. They do not have cable, WiFi, or sewer. Lots of trees so depending on the site you get you may or may not be able to get satellite. The Arkansas River runs on the northeast side of the park. Has a boat launch ramp. I love the wide open areas around the campsites. I will stay here again anytime I stay in the Little Rock area. This campground would be rated a 10 if it had sewer, WiFi and cable.

This campground is good and bad. The host are nice and friendly. The campground is large. Some sites are great. A few sites are concrete pad with wrought iron patio furniture on a concrete area at the site, others are gravel with only water, electric and sewer and the ones further back are gravel with water electric only. Has miniature golf course, fishing, pool and playground. Part of the park roads are asphalt, pea gravel and chico stone. Would be nicer if all the roads were paved. WiFi is good up by the office, but poor to none in the back sites. Water at my site did not taste good. We drank bottled water. Cable TV was great in our site. We have stayed at a number of KOA’s and this could be a great camp ground if the sites were improved overall. We would stay here again but it is not one of our favorites.

This is a nice campground. Sites are gravel but level. No trees or shade around the sites. Area is clean. Has a large dog run for our 4 legged kids. Staff was nice. Sites are close and the sewer and water for the site beside me was right at my door when I stepped out. This is my main concern and why I did not give a better rating. Two Casinos are close by and there is a shuttle to one if you have them call and runs up till 10:30 pm. Casino's have large parking lots so it is easy to drive. I would stay here again if I were in the area.

This is a nice campground. Roads & sites are paved with asphalt. Sites are very long so RV size is no problem and a lot of room between site. Only a few pull through sites which would not hold a large RV. Most of the sites are back-in and entering from the road is a sharp turn. We stayed in site 40 which is not on the lake shore but is really a nice site. TV reception is reasonable. There is a dump station at the entrance. Shower, laundry and dumpster near the entrance. Restrooms on one side of the campground circle. There should be another restroom and showers for the 60 sites. There are a couple of parking areas and a boat ramp. I would have given this a better rating if the there were another restroom and shower. I would stay here again.

Nice campground. Sites are gravel with grass on the side and concrete patio area with bench. The sites are very tight. We stayed in 110 which is a pull through with enough room. Shore power and water was not in the middle of the site so I had to pull a little farther through the site to connect water. Sewer is in the back so you may need a long sewer hose. There is no dog run. Can't get to the creek banks without walking through a campsite. Restrooms and washer room are nice an clean. Attendant was nice but busy. Church service was held on Sunday in an out door pavilion by a young lady from Smokey Mountain Ministries. There is also a cowboy church that is in the area also for church services. Info is in the laundry room. Overall this is not a bad place to stay. We would stay here again.

This is a nice clean park. No grass, trees are young, provide no shade. Sites are level. Electric is good. Water is good, hard to connect in my site, it is not above ground like most sites and can not use a regulator. Tested the pressure and is at about 50lbs. Host commented that the pressure is regulated at 55lbs and a regulator is not required. I had no problems except having to reach down into a PVC pipe to make water connection. Host is very considerate. When having a problem with the water he offered to help make the connection. Strong incentive to not let your pet use the area in the park and on the trees and Shrubs. Areas around the park are OK to take your pet. There is no pool or other things for children to do. There is no Good Sams or other discounts other than a 10% senior discount. Two nights total $43.20. I would stay here again.

I was looking forward to stay in this campground. I was raised around Casper and from the website I thought this would be a great campsite. When I pulled in to the campgrounds and saw the conditions I did not stop. There were campers that looked like they had been there for years. Dogs were out on a tether and not supervised. Junk cars and they had a posting at the entrance that I had to stop and read the regulations. I would not stay here for any reason.
